Who we are
Arasari & Partners is a multilingual consulting boutique with its office in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil. We advise founders, companies and private clients entering or operating in Brazil and the wider Latin American market.
Our regulatory focus is Brazilian: Banco Central do Brasil (BCB), CVM, Receita Federal, RADAR/Siscomex for foreign trade, Junta Comercial (JUCESC in Santa Catarina) for company registration and Polícia Federal for residency.

We do not sell packaged "citizenship programmes". We advise on one country in depth — Brazil and its neighbouring jurisdictions — and every answer is based on the law in force, with the norm, date and official source named.

- Verification against the source: Migration Law 13.445/2017, Receita Federal rules, BCB and CVM regulation, JUCESC requirements.
- Options and numbers: real timelines, amounts and risks for each route, including the routes that do not fit and why.
- A staged plan: documents, authorities, sequence and responsibilities, with one partner running the matter end to end.
